Delivery
Standard tracked delivery is included in the price of your mag. Your mag is usually printed within 2 to 4 working days of your order, then shipped. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days in total. You can follow every step from Me > Orders in the app, with a tracking link once it ships.
Where we ship
We ship to the UK and most European countries. The countries available are listed at checkout when you enter your address.
Address
Please check your address carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at cost.
Damaged or misprinted mags
If your mag arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the pages you approved, write to contact@hoju.app within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it for free or refund you in full.
Cancellations
Because each mag is personalised, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once printing has started. If you change your mind quickly, write to us right away and we will do our best to stop it before it is printed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
